Services: Our Michel Roux Jr Restaurant, originally overseen by the late legendary French chef Albert Roux, is now overseen by his son Michel Roux Jr and run by an award-winning executive head chef. The restaurant is set in the luxuriously embellished Baillie Room. Surrounded by gold leaf and opulent antiques, we offer an experience of a bygone era.

Style & Luxury: Nine breathtaking en suite bedrooms each decorated in a period style and named in honour of a historical custodian of this magnificent Castle. Every bedroom is finished with stunning period window and bed dressings and complemented with original antique furniture and luxuriously over sized beds.
